Refund & Return Policy
At High Neck Wedding Dress, we strive to make your wedding dress shopping experience as seamless and joyful as possible. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your wedding dress is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original dress and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned dress, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
